We are pleased to introduce our company, CV. Eleven Stars Seafood (ESS), as one of the leading seafood processor and exporter in Indonesia. We have retained to provide a variety of seafood product, primarily: Frozen Soft Shell Crab, Octopus and reef fish product, such as Red Snapper. We operate two processing facilities in Bali and Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, where we process our entire range of product. All the factories have well engineered combination of technology and human resources to provide a diverse range of product, whilst guaranteeing its safety, quality and wholesomeness. The processing facilities are equipped with contact plate freezer, blast freezer and ozone water treatment facility. ESS also implements the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Quality Management System for its entire product. In developing the seafood business, we believe not only the diversity of product that is important, but also determination to satisfy our customer’s every need. Therefore we aim to provide constant customer satisfaction through Quality Assurance, effective service, and optimum price competitiveness.
